This is another creative approach to filling the teacher pipeline for K12.  Governor DeWine introduced a new pathway to becoming a teacher through the State’s Apprenticeship structure.

this affords some programing aspects in Apprenticeships that provide credit for prior experience and wage incentives that follow progress toward licensure.
